Our work

Websites and software we've built for businesses

A selection of recent client projects and our ready-made products, across retail, real estate, design and non-profits. Each case study shows the brief, what we built and how it came together. Much of our work is under NDA or white-label, so it isn't shown here.

DEPOT Management seller portal: dashboard overview of stock levels, revenue, orders and delivery tracking.

The brief

Every seller needed their own shop link and dashboard, and every shilling had to land in that seller's own Till or Paybill, not in a middleman wallet. Walk-in customers and deliveries across Kenya had to work from the same system.

What we built

  • A store for every sellerEach seller gets their own link, like stationerycentraldepot.ke/shopname, in the same clean stationery layout.
  • Seller portalA password-protected dashboard to add products, images and prices, see orders and set their Till or Paybill.
  • Payments routed per sellerAt checkout the platform finds that seller's Till or Paybill and sends an STK push to the buyer's phone.
  • In-store QR and POSWalk-in customers scan a QR code to pay on their phone, and staff can ring up sales at the counter.
  • Delivery built inOwn riders, matatu sacco dispatch and Pickup Mtaani agents, with each seller setting their own zones and rates.
  • Pay now or on deliveryBuyers choose to pay before dispatch or pay the seller's Paybill when the order arrives.

How it came together

  1. Weeks 1 to 3Stores and layoutThe core system and each seller's storefront link, signed off at the end of week 3.
  2. Weeks 4 to 6Seller portalProducts, orders and payout settings, tested hands-on at the end of week 6.
  3. Weeks 7 to 8PaymentsLive STK push routing and payment simulation tests.
